Can I access my account information online?

Yes, from the main page, click on the Login option and follow the prompts.

You will need the following to get started:

Email Address
Account Access Code from your statement
Your account number
The last 4 digits of the primary cardholder’s Social Security Number
After you have entered the required information you will be sent a confirmation email with a link; click on the link to complete the setup process.

What features are available?

Review your balance
Minimum payment due
Due date
View account activity
Change your address
Make a payment using your checking account
Check available credit.
Request a credit limit increase ($500 maximum online)

What should I do if I forget my ID or password?

You will need to know either your username you used when you set up the account, or your email address you specified when you setup the account.

Click on Forgot Password from the home page to recover your password.

If you are still having issues recovering your password, please contact our Cardholder Care Department at 877-486-3442 for additional service.

Is my credit card information safe and secure over the Internet?

We use Secure Socket Layers for your protection. SSL utilizes 128 bit encryption to ensure that only authorized persons can access account information.

Can I change my address and phone number online?

Yes, once you have accessed your account online, click the Cardholder Information tab, then click on 'Edit Details' to change your address and phone number and email address.

How can I request a credit limit increase?

You must contact our Credit Department at (800) 548-5545 to request a credit limit increase.
There is a $29 processing fee associated with a credit limit increase.

What should I do if my card is lost or stolen?

Call Cardholder Care at (877) 486-3442 immediately.

Can I pay ahead?

There is no penalty for paying off your account early. However, at least the minimum payment is required each month as long as there is a balance on your account.

Paying more than the minimum in one month does not allow you to skip payments in the months that follow.

How long do I have to pay off my account?

As long as you make the minimum monthly payment, you can take as long as you wish to pay off your account.

What are my payment options?

You can make a payment online with your checking account at no charge once you have web access to your account information. Website payments authorized before 5:00 pm CT (Mon thru Fri) will be credited to your account on the same business day. Website payments authorized after 5:00 pm CT and on Sat or Sun and Holidays will be credited to your account on the next business day.

You can use our phone system to authorize automated payments by calling 877-486-3440 and following the prompts.

You can have a customer service representative take your payment over the phone for a $19.95 per use fee. Call 877-486-3442 between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm CT, Mon thru Fri.

Can I set up multiple payment sources?

For your security, our web payment system only retains one payment source at a time. If you want your payments to be drafted from a different bank account, you will need to replace your existing payment source information. You may change this information as often as you wish.
