Is my credit card information safe and secure over the Internet?
We use Secure Socket Layers for your protection. SSL utilizes 256 bit encryption to ensure that only authorized persons can access account information.
Can I change my address and phone number online?
Yes, once you have accessed your account online, click My Account and then the Cardholder Information link to change your address, phone number and email address.
How can I request a credit limit increase?
Once every six months you may contact our Credit Department at (800) 548-5545 to request a credit limit increase.There is a $29 processing fee associated with a credit limit increase.
Can I pay ahead?
There is no penalty for paying off your account early. However, at least the minimum payment is required each month as long as there is a balance on your account. Paying more than the minimum in one month does not allow you to skip payments in the months that follow.
How long do I have to pay off my account?
As long as you make the minimum monthly payment, you can take as long as you wish to pay off your account.
What are my payment options?
You can make a payment online with your checking or savings account at no charge once you have web access to your account information. Website payments authorized before 5:00 pm CT will be credited to your account on the same business day.
Website payments authorized after 5:00 pm CT will be credited to your account on the next business day.
You can use our phone system to authorize automated payments by calling 877-486-3440 and following the prompts.
You can have a customer service representative take your payment over the phone for a $19.95 per use fee. Call 877-486-3442 between 7:30 am and 7:00 pm CT, Mon thru Fri.

Can I set up multiple payment sources?
For your security, our web payment system only retains one payment source at a time. If you want your payments to be drafted from a different bank account, you will need to replace your existing payment source information. You may change this information as often as you wish.
